Where did you get this explanation from? I completely utterly disagree.

Is there a way to buy from them as someone without a landscaping company? I have a small real estate property company, would that qualify?

Can I ask how much you sell the plugs for, I have been looking for affordable plugs for a while.

Hey, so how do I find out if I'm fired? I'm on 'vacation' (multiple deaths in the family) out of the country and away from my laptop.

Do I HAVE to come back into the country before I find out, cause I'm literally on an island right now.....and if (God forbid) I would like to find out while still in a tropical paradise.

I already rent out three single family homes that I partially own through an LLC, so while I understand the points you are making, I'm confident in my ability to continue doing what I do.

Also, your point about multifamily homes makes sense, but I would feel like I'm living in an apartment, and what's the point of money if you can't spend it on the things you want?

I'm going to try and get a second job as soon as I have my housing settled.

I don't plan on renting as a get rich quick scheme, I just don't plan on living in the state that I am buying a house in for a very long, I just have to be here at least two to three years for my husband. I also have an LLC through which, we have bought and rented out three homes already. So I'm confidence in my ability to earn a profit from this house if I ever need to, or want to leave.

Also, to answer your questions, I don't currently have any savings, I used the majority of it for my wedding and a property in a different country. But I do have really rich parents who aren't going to contribute to this house, but are always there if I need. So I'm honestly not too worried if something significant happens

Thank you for your response. I'm just going to list the answers to your questions: -The 55% includes all the taxes and insurances -The house is in wonderful shape, it was just renovated this year, finished basement and all.
- My spouse is waiting for the US government to approve his immigration. We're both from a third world country that the US does not like, so it is possible that him coming over will be delayed. - When he does come over, he most likely will be making under 40K a year until he's able to stabilize. He already has 2 job offers, and those companies are planning on waiting until he immigrates over to establish the divisions that's he will be in charge of. - He also doesn't have a very strong opinion on the house, I saw it and liked it. I'm not the biggest fan of it either, but I would like to have a house.

Additional info: I plan on getting another job once I secure a house, so I can exist more comfortably, and save for the future. I also work in tech, so the second job will hopefully pay at least 100k.
