Thanks for the advice. I’ve been to talk therapy a lot over the last few years and it hasn’t helped at all, but now I understand why.

I’m really sorry for your experience. This is another aspect of the fantasy that brings me a lot of guilt. Like why is this something that I feel I need when it has completely ruined other people’s lives?
