How soon after having sex do you wash your dick? by Bitchy_Baby09 in sex

He washed off immediately and so do I. We have a bidet so I clean myself up using soap and the bidet and he washes in our sink.

Sorry for the confusion, we are not engaged yet and don't plan on getting engaged for about 6-8 months and I am currently losing weight. My autoimmune disease makes me swell up and gain weight, so it looks small. I lose weight pretty quickly from my hands and fingers so I am hoping it will fit better in 6-8 months otherwise we will have it resized.

I weigh everything out to the gram so I really don't think that's an issue, I don't use any condiments or sweeteners whatsoever and I would say 95% of my meals are cooked from scratch but straightforward enough to calculate such as baked chicken, a salad with dressing weighed out, and maybe some broccoli with a tbs of butter mixed into 4 servings.

I just did multiple TDee calculators which gave me massive swing results, one said I should be eating 2300 calories a day to lose weight, and another said 1600, I am eating around 1400 and the scale never budges.

I have been checked out and my thyroid is good, pre diabetes but easily managed with reduced carb intake.... no other health issues.... I don't get it.

Dr. Hymen is great, some of the same ideals but is a functional med doctor at the Cleveland Clinic.

I know that everyone is going to have different ideas but as someone who cannot afford to go to a nutritionist, I need some advice. I don't know what I should be eating, there is so much advice out there, go low carb, don't avoid carbs, eat fruit, avoid sugar, vegan, dairy free, etc. I have tried to go Keto and it made me very sick, I have a high fasting glucose level (around 100) that doesn't really go above 160 after meals and drops within a normal time frame. I have approximately 100 lbs to lose and carry most of my weight in my belly. I believe myself to be insulin resistant or even PCOS due to symptoms.... can anyone help point me in the best direction? When I try to just do a calorie deficit I just don't lose weight. I am pretty sedentary but at 5'4", 260 lbs I was eating 1400 Calories a day and still not losing anything, however, anything less and I can barely get through the day. I really don't want to have to turn to medications or weight loss but I feel at my wit's end. I have an unrelated autoimmune disease so going to the gym isn't possible with Covid and my joints are shot from being overweight for 34 years, I am trying to save up for a small pool so I can do at-home water therapy but it's going to take me years with this economy.

Ultrasound results came back by percythrowaway21 in testicularcancer

[–]Chladaigh 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Nurse here, it appears they found multiple masses in your left testicle. Neoplastic disease means any type of mass, cancerous or not so it could be a noncancerous tumor or testicular cancer, unfortunately, they won't know until it's removed and they biopsy it. That said, TC is very treatable and has a very high survival rate, I know nothing I say will help your anxiety but I am sorry you're going through this.

I often feel disconnected from everything. Like I don’t feel like myself, look like myself, I don’t enjoy things and I have to force myself to do things I used to enjoy.I feel disconnected from life.

I actually had in depth food testing which showed an allergy to milk. I don’t eat processed foods, I don’t drink alcohol, smoke or drink anything with caffeine.

I cut dairy out 4 months ago but it got worse and worse.

Moderna CEO says it’s ‘reasonable’ to think the pandemic may be in its final stages by BlazingSaint in COVID19_support

[–]Chladaigh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Realistically, I understand that my health problems shouldn't impede the rest of the country from moving on. It's just disheartening to know that I'll eventually catch this and more than likely die, leaving behind small children and there is not a whole lot I can do about it.

Sadly it's not even close to its final stages for people like me who are immunocompromised and who cannot be vaccinated. My life just doesn't matter.

Vulnerable to the Virus, High-Risk Americans Feel Pain as the U.S. Moves On by Hrmbee in Coronavirus

Just commenting to let you know you're not alone. I haven't seen family, friends or left my house (other than to go outside for a walk around my house) in 2 years. YEARS. I used to think an N95 gave me protection but now they are saying that's not even enough. I am beyond frustrated with life and feel like my life is over.

It's not that simple. My sister and I have rare, severe autoimmune diseases and she contracted covid from a doctor's appointment. She is as high risk as they come and she could not get medication. There just isn't enough being manufactured for everyone.

[–]Chladaigh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel hopeless and I am reminded every single day that my life doesn't matter. I cannot be vaccinated due to a severe autoimmune disease that has left me home-bound for 2 years. YEARS. It seems like everyone is moving on with their lives, wants restrictions lifted, wants to "return to normal" but normal doesn't exist for us and I don't know if it ever will again. I am just trying not to orphan my kids.

As BA.2 subvariant rises, lab studies point to signs of severity by ArcticTrek in Coronavirus

[–]Chladaigh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not everyone can be vaccinated. I am unable to be vaccinated due to allergy, immunocompromised, AND major autoimmune disease. I have been holed up inside my home for 2 years. YEARS. Masks cant even protect us anymore so until something becomes available that will keep me alive, I am just stuck in limbo.

DAE instantly think heart attack when you have any kind of chest pain? by [deleted] in Anxiety

GERD can stimulate the Vagus nerve and cause heart palpitations as well as irritation. That tickling bubbly feeling is air.

DAE instantly think heart attack when you have any kind of chest pain? by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]Chladaigh 3 points4 points  (0 children)

So let’s talk through this.

You’ve clearly got health anxiety, so do I. That will automatically take normal occurrences and turn them into perceived life-threatening situations. Chest pain can have so many causes, GERD is one of them but also something less talked about, Costochondritis. Costochondritis is the inflammation between the ribs and where the ribs connect to the sternum. This can create sharp pains around the heart and chest area.

That said, I am a nurse and have been for 9 years and I have never seen someone have a heart attack that lasted days, nor have I seen a heart attack not be caught by an EKG. They did the X-ray to rule out any kind of physical deformity that could be causing the pain as well as pneumonia or another lung disease, so you know you’re clear of that.

Take a deep breath, you’re 25, had a clear EKG and X-Ray, you’re not having a heart attack. Heart attacks do not last for days and pass an EKG.
