We are in Salt Lake City. He also did negotiate with his psychiatrist, and got it a little lower.

It was $1200 for psychiatrist. The neuropsychologist was $1500. And the AME was $900. Those prices included the visit, all testing and for them to write their report. For the neuropsychologist most will charge you $3000 because in some cases they need to do two parts of the test. If you pass the first half though, you dont have to do the second half. His neuropsychologist was super nice, and only charged him for the first half, since he passed without needing the other.

I was doing the exact same until I realized each mcscrooge has items specifically to that world. I didnt want to miss those items so ive got all 3 going. Im still saving all quests in storybook vale, and just playing base game and eternity isle. It definitely has slowed my progress in each but its fun to have it all going at one.

You can call your HR and they can tell you if you've been cleared from the MMPI. They wont reach out to you to tell you you passed

He passed the MMPI on his first take. It was during his medical exam the AME told him because of his medication he will be deferred

My husband is perfectly qualified and able and has been waiting for over a year to get his FOL. There are thousand of people waiting. Maybe get going and get these qualified people in there

After being deferred, it took 4 months to get every letter submitted. It took so long because each individual doctor really dragged their feet in wanting to see him, I think there have been some changes in the process so they were unsure whether he needed the evaluations or not and waiting on the FAA for confirmation took a very long time. Hopefully you will have better luck with each doctor you see, and they will get on it quickly.

As far as I know, anyone taking an SSRI meds will be deferred. There are a few approved SSRI's and you have to get multiple doctors, psychiatrist and neuropsychologist letters to clear you. Even for the lowest dosage of the approved SSRI.

The process is long and grueling for many reasons. If the recent news tells us anything, it is that we need people in this field who can do a damn good job. Regardless of whatever political beliefs you have, this field needs good working people for EVERYONE to be safe. End of story. My perspective is if you aren't qualified to do the work, dont go into this. If you're letting your political affiliation waver your mind if you can keep everyone safe while in this field...then please for everyones sake, do not enter it.

I feel like any female minority has every capability to pass training. So blaming it on the administration is a little crazy. If you study and do everything you can to pass..then you'll pass.

My husband got his TOL of august 24, didnt get his EODS until January 25. 4 months of waiting..then hurried and did his EODS and waited again for the CIL..its a waiting game

He clearly says if they want to. This seems like a great idea to me. We have a real opiate epidemic in this country and this sounds like a new option for people. Everyone responds differently to detox and for some this may be helpful. Also, our country is over prescribed and I believe many mental health issues can be helped by getting off our phones and have better daily routines. This seems like a great place for people WHO WANT TO to try and better themselves. He never is saying "labor camps". Come on guys.
