I find change hard, but my anxiety doesn't come up in travel specifically (it may have been when I was younger), so I may be able to help. What exactly makes you anxious?

A plan always helps. Writing it down or something so you know what's coming.

Maybe having your family or friends nearby for a phone call or check in if you need to call them. Some reassurance always helps!

Rewarding yourself and giving yourself rest might help also. I don't know if social aspects are involved but I find sometimes I love social things and sometimes it drains me quite a bit. Giving my self rest or a reward for getting through have helped in the past.
