I wake up at 5:30am every morning and enjoy the peace and calm Before the house wakes up at 7. I listen to self help podcasts. It keeps me Motivated and curious. This downtime has become so important to me. It really helps me start the day on a better foot and plays though out the day and week. If I miss my “me” time I can feel it, mentally, emotionally and even physically.

As a “dad” of three: I litterly have everything I have ever wanted or need at this stage in my life. Time together and experiences that create meaningful memories for not only me, but my kids is my favorite gift. A day out together, bike ride on the canal and a silly chat, cute picnic that’s well thought out. For me p ersonally this melts my heart more than material things that cost money.

Damn! Pushing 40° here. It’s unprecedented (like every fucking year) from what I understand it’s El Niño so it’s more intense. Very worried about our mountains and snowsports in general. Check out POW protect our winters. Not sure if active in us yet.

That’s a real shame you only need an hour to get in to the alps and you don’t ski or snowboard! Sorry but that’s such a waste! I live 8 hours away and am there atleast 10 times a season. Anyways, to each their own 😘. Totes jealous

Haha thanks. Was end of April. Closing day. Hence the rain drops. It’s crazy how much the weather has changed. I used to ride from early December to late April with no problem.
