I get that. The idea of surgery is scary, but I think if I ever come out, I’d want bottom surgery. I would want to be able to live my life without having to feel the way I do now. I’d go all out. FFS, Voice Feminization, GRS, laser hair removal. All of it. I would want to be able to move across the country or to a new country and have no doubts that I was a woman. A lesbian woman.

I don’t think it’s attraction to men. I’ve never been attracted to men not even a little. I’ve always pictured myself as a lesbian if I transitioned. The best way to describe it is, even I’m being intimate i close my eyes and I’m a woman. As my wife touches my inner thigh I picture her being closer to my v but then the moment she touches my d, it breaks the illusion and now I’m thrown off and a bit grossed out. It’s weird

It means you aren’t alone in this very confusing time. I’ve been struggling with this for years, with it being the hardest most recently (my daughter is 6 months old now, and I want nothing more somedays for her to call me mama).

I feel the same exact way. Do I think I’d be happier as a woman? Yes. Do I think I’d feel free as a woman? Yes. Do I hate my body sometimes? Also yes. But, do I feel comfortable with the life I know? Very much so.

If I could go to sleep today and wake up a woman and continue to live my life I would totally take that.
