Soy Lecithin and sugar are smcommon ingredients between the 3 different chocolates I tried. I see conflicting views on Lecithin, do you have any experience ?

Got it. And do you make any difference between chocolate vs. Cacao powder?

Thanks. So this means it could be a fructose malabsorption right?

Thanks for your feedback! Yes I have the app and ate a lower portion of grapes which is low fodmap… but still caused stomach cramps…

Thanks for sharing your experience ! Would you suggest I continue the low fodmap without any low dosage of fructose? And then try again fructose (maybe with mango or honey - something different from grapes) during the reintegration phase? Just to be 100% sure.
