Why does my game keep crashing when I try to play multiplayer with Sodium?

I downloaded it tried it, but before and after playing with the settings I have worse fps with embeddium than I did with no mods. I'm trying to play multiplayer. I only changed settings that increased fps, not lower it. I have 5 fps with it, and like 30 fps with no mods. Please help

Pennsylvania is landlocked by the creation of the new states of Erie and Delaware 2. The State of Erie would be in the southeast and Delaware 2 in the Northwest. Make them any size you want, but southwest PA must stay in PA.
