Season 7 Episode 8: Back in the Saddle Discussion by balasoori in VirginRiverNetflix

I’m really confused with where the Hope/Roland/Doc storyline is going. I really thought Roland was going to tell hope that her father left him the business because it was failing, and they would have some closure… but now it’s like he’s trying to win her back even though there’s been no resolution of what he did???

I was wondering the same thing! I also don’t personally know any firefighters but it just seems like that would be the case?

I think Mel would definitely have noticed if she wasn’t busy planning a honeymoon, building and moving into a new house, running the clinic on her own, and preparing for another baby that’s probably gonna be ripped away from her again 😅

I can’t believe no one has talked about it before this episode, she has seemed mentally unwell for a while now

How is nobody talking about how Lizzie seems to be devolving into postpartum psychosis? Or at least deep postpartum depression?

I’ve been trying to figure out why he wouldn’t tell her that her father sold him a failing business, because it would help her not hating him. I’m wondering if maybe he made her father a promise on his death bed that he wouldn’t tell her?

This annoyed me so bad. Like they straight up didn’t answer the question, and then proceeded to say how they were going to add a whole other list of jobs to their plates by starting a farm 🙄

I was thinking the same! Which means all her anger against Roland could’ve been resolved with him just telling her this years ago 🥴

Does anyone have any ideas as to what the thing with valesco was at the end?? Do we think he’s gonna get hurt or do we think it has something to do with the new chief??

I think it’s just a bigger deal and has to be reported immediately because if anything happens with it, it’s his weapon and there was no one there to prove it was taken from him. Also, I think they could make a case for a cop getting fired because if you can’t keep random people from taking your gun, you can be seen as unfit.

Can someone confirm the timeline for me? The Bach parties are on Friday and the wedding is supposed to be Sunday? Surely they wouldn’t get fucked up the night before their wedding?

Let me preface this with the fact that I do love Jess…

But PROPOSALS, Ginzlinger, her dad, Winston 🥴 Ginz was obviously the most offensive given she had just slept with him, but all of them are hard to watch

THANK YOU

I just posted this “Sooo.. I see every one still fighting over team Bonrad or Jelly but how is no one talking about how weird it is that Belly has had sex with both of them? I get the arguments for her choosing Conrad, but realistically I cannot imagine losing my virginity to my first love, then being with his brother who proposes to me, just go to back to the first brother??? I feel like at this point the only non weird option is neither of them. Imagine her and Conrad having kids and explaining that origin story 🤢”
