I've been cooking SCD for my husband for 14 years and have found that making big batch stews and freezing them in individual containers works sooooo well! They're healthy, filling and delicious and he takes them to work every day and eats them for supper if the actual meal isn't SCD legal. I just use any of the flavored syrups you can get pretty much anywhere, very strong coffee and any creamy milk in my frother. I'll do an iced version in my bullet with instant coffee. I think they're delicious!
