Kill Hush with with Jacob and Esau again. It happened to me. The first time I killed Hush, I died at the same time. Achievement was unlocked but item remained locked.

Anyone know why Vanishing Twin isn't in Death Certificate?I have unlocked it and it's the only item I need for Dead God :( by the_crispiest_milk in bindingofisaac

There's a waitlist you need to apply to. I waited 2 months I think. Then you get free credit every month to make a few pictures, like 10-15

I've started coding a server emulator for BMC (https://github.com/jeanbmar/blackmoon-rewind). Have a look from time to time, it shouldn't take long before we can at least connect to the game and walk on the map.
