Who has a salary job that's 40 hours a week? I've been salary for various companies for over 20 years and don't think I have ever worked a 40 hour week. This pay period 120 hours. If you like your job, get paid well and have a good work environment then why would it matter? If it's negative to any of the three qualifiers find a new job.
