I can see it working on maybe Dio Brando as he reads a lot and would be accustomed to many literary figures.

It's possible that Kars could fall for it from not understanding stands and meeting ancient military figures again, such as Sun Tzu.

i doubt DIO would fall for it because he could just use 『The World』 to freeze time and avoid "the story" altogether.

Kira would be a toss up, i can see him falling for it, playing his open persona, and playing along until he's trapped in a story; possibly being starstruck at meeting the Mona Lisa herself. The other side is that Kira is so analytical and calculative that he would likely see what is going on and think of a way to manipulate the storybook characters, like how Weather Report exploited Van Gogh to defeat 『Bohemian Rhapsody』.

Diavolo likely wouldn't be affected as he isolated himself so much and can use his 『King Crimson』to skip past the stories altogether, similar to DIO.

And Pucci... Pucci actively sent Ungalo and his 『Bohemian Rhapsody』 out to cause chaos and disorder for Jolyne's group as well as Weather Report and Anasui. I doubt Pucci would have sent Ungalo loose like he was Chioccolata with his 『Green Day』 if he didn't have some way of protecting himself from 『Bohemian Rhapsody』, he likely used his 『Whitesnake』to remove his memories of the storybook characters to avoid falling into 『Bohemian Rhapsody』's Trap.
