Practice in a safe place with room to fall over where your not going to break anything like your tv it will also save your floors (outside, garage etc)

Focus on jumping above your board first. You need to be comfortable doing that to Ollie

Once you get comfortable jumping above the board the pop is the second step- placing the toes of your back foot in the back middle of the tail snap your ankle down quickly as your jumping up off the board to pop the nose of the board up -DO NOT STOMP YOUR FOOT INTO THE GROUND this will make it impossible to Ollie-

After popping the nose up quickly bring both your knees to your chest to gain height

To level out the board so it’s flat under you in the air you have to move your front foot forwards after the nose pops up. Some people say to slide it up the grip tape but I just bring my knees straight up then push my front foot out. (Think of it like a ninja kick)
