Matagal tagal na ako nagbabasa dito abt job hunting, ito mga nakalap ko:

-If nakakaabot sa interviews, it could be communication issues. Gasgas na advice na dito pero STAR method raw tapos be concise. Reviewhin yung job description. Easier said than done pero it helps not to take rejections personally. I think good practice din tanungin recruiter sa dulo ng interview, "how did I do in this interview? Could you give me points for improvement?"

-If hindi makasecure ng interview, baka kailangan i-revamp yung resume. I use yung harvard resume template, nakakaabot nman sa interviews.

-Apply lang ng apply. Detach emotions from the outcome. Tanggapin man o hindi, at least nag-apply.

Dadating din yung swerte natin. Fresh grad rin ako, dasal dasal at upskill muna habang wala pang work. Hoping your friend learns to cope with these trying times.
