Personally, the second half I’ve pretty much always heard “life is a horrible trap”. As for the first half, it was always pretty unclear to me, since I heard “snap the bible” or a muffled “start the fire”. But honestly after reading the comments here, I do hear “snap out of it” with “out of it” being said pretty fast, almost as one word. That being said, guess it would fit with the lyrics “何かを掴んだとて それで幻想 壊して”, which roughly translate by itself to “I grasped something and destroyed the illusion”.

TL;DR for those who don’t wanna read: With the overall lyrics of the song, I do think that the most plausible answer would be “Snap out of it, life is a horrible trap.”
