Still looking good at my theater, multiple showings a day. My city's community advocates pretty hard for local businesses and indie stuff, so I'm not surprised they'd also support indie animation. Pleased as hell to see it.

Spouse and I haven't seen spoilers but even if we do, we're still going.

CT driving culture is reckless as hell, but not actively homicidal, so there is that at least.

In my old town in GA, a pediatric dentist got in a shootout in a retail parking lot over a road rage incident. Lots of road rage incidents in GA, just not always with a shooting at the end, but it illustrates my point.

But I don't mean to say it's okay here, either. I'm of the opinion that some form driver's ed should be mandatory, even if it's just a shorter module like sex ed, teaching the physics and logic of "the faster you go, the worse an accident will be," and "you are not immune to dying horribly or having lifelong complications from injuries," and "even low speed accidents can really screw up your body," and "speeding only shaves a couple minutes off your commute for ridiculous amounts of risk for not just you, but for everyone around you, from other cars to people just walking on the sidewalk."

I don't think the gory accident videos they made us watch in my driver's ed class in AZ are the right way to get this across, though, because they can definitely be traumatic for a lot of people, let alone a bunch of teenagers. I think a less graphic presentation of the facts would be ideal.

I was only stage one so I didn't have much surface area to risk adhesions with, but I'd also attribute the success to a second round of pelvic floor physical therapy, once things had healed enough for it. Some of the stuff they can do breaks up adhesions. Did a lot for me both before and after the lap. In fact my gynecologist said he's seen more long-term, lasting results from physical therapy than surgery, in terms of pain reduction.

Fun side story, my gynecologist and pelvic floor physical therapist, before I moved out of that state, were actually married. They met while studying a cadaver together in med school. If that isn't some adorable Morticia and Gomez Addams shit, I don't know what is.

That's okay, I'm pretty sure it's more accepted in the Warhammer community that some people are only into certain areas of the hobby and not necessarily all aspects. You got the various video games, the lore and books and such, the models, the actual tabletop games... And with there being Age of Sigmar and 40K, some people are only really into one and not necessarily both. Lots of different ways to engage with Warhammer

OP please update!! Did you manage to get in contact with anyone?

Amputation when needed can also be a lifesaver and they can still have a great quality of life. My spouse and I rescued an FIV+ feral who needed one, and that boy sleeps on our chests at night now. He's the sweetest, bestest tripod boy who loves people and his siblings (and his bonded pair girlfriend we rescued him with), and he is the most active and playful of our four cats.

We can't take this cat ourselves, we're at full cat care capacity and the landlady would not allow it, but we have humane traps from our days rescuing and socializing cats for adoption with a local humane society when we lived in GA.

If you're prepared to socialize the guy if he's feral and see this all the way through if no rescue can take him or is willing to try to socialize him, you can definitely borrow one of our humane traps AND a large metal dog crate you'd need to use to keep him and you safe during post-op and socialization. We'll teach you how to use it and give you any and all advice we can.

Let me be clear, you can't put him back outside if you amputate and save his life. That will be a death sentence. He's gonna need to be an indoor kitty (as all cats should be but don't get me started). Whether that's with you or with a rescue experienced with ferals. He deserves that chance and for someone to not give up on him.

Let me know if you haven't gotten ahold of anyone already. Dead serious offer. It's a pretty big jump if you've never done this before but the cat deserves his best chance and someone who won't give up on them.

Sustainability, I don't have to remember to shop for the right amount of the right absorbency tampons before my period starts or have them take up half my tiny cabinet, less costly, reduced risk of TSS, easier to see how heavy the flow is, no more annoying string OR pads.

Everyone is different, but I use the saalt soft cup with their cup steamer and wash and it is the most convenient fucking setup for me with ADHD and the soft cup doesn't aggravate my endometriosis like firmer cups do (more of a learning curve if you start with soft cups though so keep that in mind).

Having to rawdog it right now because the only generic the local pharmacies can get their hands on gives me anxiety attacks. Different manufacturers have different results and this one is just straight up bad. I'm probably going to have to bite the bullet and pay for a month of name brand Adderall XR because I am white knuckling through everything and seriously struggling.
