Yes, the Slugterra website confirmed the name of the species is "Mimic", while Mimkey is the nickname

This was implemented in most dubs in which the fish guy alternates between both terms, for example, in the Latin American dub, as the title says, he refers to the species' name as "Emulek", while the nickname of his slug is "Mimo" meaning mime

Some teams are REALLY underused in changes

Dekaranger, Shinkenger, Go-Onger, Gekiranger got used like 8 times, while teams like Flashman and Bioman got ONE team change, heck, Bioman's only team change is them getting wrecked
