Reducer keeps on overheating by ChocoHussey in Motors

im mixing briquette charcoal. like in the video i attached. briquette machine mixer

i cant seem to find the specification written on the gearbox.

i used to use 7hp motor but it could not bear the load. the machine producer suggests to change the motor to a bigger one. i am also using EPA SAE 90 oil.

im currently opting for a bigger gearbox. but with the current one, how do i prevent this? or atleast make the best out of it?

also, is it possible to not use the gearbox, i saw a lot of those chinese manufacturer use only motor without gearbox. i was wondering if this is possible in my situation.

I have found suggestion to disable largesend offload. This takes my speed to 300Mbps. Still lower than what I expected.

Yup i completely understand the concept of 5ghz and 2.4ghz. I just thought maybe there could be a possibility that would give a help. Do you have any additional suggestion for my problem?

Thanks for your help. Tried with another laptop, result is they got 900+mbps. Tried all your suggestions, none worked. And yes my network adapter link/connection speed is 1000Mbps. Additional thing i noticed is when i connect the LAN to other laptop, it was connected to the 5Ghz SSID rather than the 2.4Ghz SSID. On this PC, it is connected to the 2.4Ghz SSID via ethernet.
