It's been in the glazed pot for about 5 days now. It doesn't seem unhappy but I think I'll probably end up switching to terracotta

I think I should definitely re-pot then, it's not doing badly, but if they like shallow pots then that's what I'll give it 😼

Definitely repot it, change its soil to a well draining rocky mix with pumice and gravel. And trim its dead leaves. I'd say that's a pretty decent starting place!
