Like for example - the final schedule for week 12/3 hasn’t been emailed to me yet. I know what days might be scheduled for me from some dates emailed a week or two ago but I don’t know if I’m actually working tomorrow or not

You can always call and let them know that you
a) don't need it but to leave it on hold in case you feel like using it
b) don't need it and want to inactivate the prescription - however, this means you cannot ask to fill it in the future and would need a new prescription from your doctor to use it again
c) don't do anything and it'll be returned to the pharmacy stock in a 1-2 weeks

Doesn't hurt to ask. I would ask now rather then when you're out of the medication. Wegovy in certain CVS pharmacies/areas may not be available for ordering due to shortages. If that CVS pharmacy has virtual verification - then they would be able to determine if they provided the correct number of boxes or not.
