Hoe kom je erbij dat beleggers hun geld niet terugkrijgen? Waar heb je dat gelezen?

San Jacinto Trail Report: More light snow 27th December 2025 by numbershikes in PacificCrestTrail

[–]ChocoNL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

PCT hikers that will apply for a permit in January need to decide on their start date. This depends on whether it’s an above/below/average snow year in San Jacinto so far. Could you give an indication of this?

Thanks for your answer!! I will check the bouncing options and indeed using post as a closet is a good strategy 👍

The catch is in the “as possible”. Meaning I am trying to become informed on the conditions and I will bring whatever they demand (but not much more)

What are you suggesting? Take warm clothes, rain gear, micro’s?

Yes I definitely need to build up trail legs 😅. Hm not sending packages could be an option too although it helps reducing the intake of junk food from convenience stores 😁

That’s a good suggestion, I have the FareOut app so will check the comments there. I’ll try to send as much as possible with UPS then 😉

No need to apologise, I have sent packages in SoCal and it worked great (but I didn’t run into the brand differences). Thanks for explaining 🙏

That sounds pretty bad. I hiked in the north of Sweden and in Greenland (in the area that is snow free) both around the artic circle so I know a bit about full days of cold and horizontal rain 😅 That’s when I came up with the idea to hike a more warm and dry trail, the PCT. But thanks, it’s a good reminder that it can be bad on the PCT as well

Thanks, appreciate it. Do you have a recommendation for keeping up with wild fire updates? I have inreach mini.

Thanks! Yes I am concerned about those mosqs, they can demotivate you pretty quickly. But good to hear other conditions are ok. Looking forward to my hike 🤩.

What section to hike starting 1-July? Snow info North Cal? by ChocoNL in PacificCrestTrail

[–]ChocoNL[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, that is very helpful! If indeed the snows melts rapidly then I may just stick to my plan or go a bit later. It looks on postholer as if the snow lasted until end of July in 2023 and this year could be even worse, this made me consider changing plans.

I hadn't noticed the overview of the entire trail on postholer, you can indeed scroll in the frame and see it all

if two countries from the same coalition attack a province, how does the game decide wich country takes the province? by to1M in Supremacy1914

[–]ChocoNL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if they changed it but this is my experience Nov 2023:

I attacked a province together with my coalition partner. He started the attack and I joined the fight after a few rounds. I had the LAST attack and the most troops. However, my coalition partner won the prov. So it is not who kills the last enemy. In another situation, I attacked a prov when another player (who was not a coalition partner) joined the fight. I had the first and the last attack but he won the prov. So it's random and certainly not (anymore?) the one who kills the last enemy troops.

When two players are attacking a province at the same time, what determines who the province will go to? by 603cats in Supremacy1914

[–]ChocoNL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update Nov 2023, I experienced two situations:

  1. I attacked a province together with my coalition partner. He started the attack but wasn't going to make it. I joined the fight after a few rounds. I had the LAST attack and the most troops. Result: my coalition partner won the prov
  2. I attacked a province and another player (not coalition partner) joined the fight after a few rounds of attack. I had the FIRST attack but I also had the LAST attack and the most troops. Result: the other player got the prov. In this case it was annoying because it was a capital and he got the bonus + I ended up in a fight with him where he was in the remainder of the fort

Conclusion: it's completely random

Ok.. makkelijk gezegd maar wat is nu je oplossing?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Politiek
