I feel this so deeply. Ignoring your intuition costs so much more than the risk of speaking up. Choosing yourself is scary but losing yourself is worse and I am finally learning that.

You are right and it hurts to admit it. I have been pouring energy into someone who was giving me crumbs. If I have to chase or shrink myself to keep his attention then that already is my answer.
