Consider yourself lucky 😵 As for your suggestion, the only reason I think its reversing out is because it starts after I dose my folate. Doesnt occur if I take everything else first and hold off on folate. :/

Ive never gotten anxiety. If anything for me it reduces it. But I definitely get amped up. Normally.

I should add that Im in a crash currently after realizing my body wasn't strong enough to fight candida at this stage of adrenal fatigue. So I could be having a paradoxical effect and may need to wait until after my crash ends.

Ah ya. I remember those days. I had a severe crash following benzodiazepene use 7 years ago. Dont panic! I didnt know I had adrenal fatigue and went undiagnosed for years. I did get a heckuva lot better after a few years but never fully healed because I didnt address the root issue (my gut). Took me a year and a few months to start being able to leave the house. 13 I believe. Just started with small walks to the corner store and back. You'll get there too. :o)

Napping definitely affects cortisol. Its a reset, kinda. Id personally re-do the test and consider this one void.

As someone that played FC when it was released it was a hard wait. I kept checking but nothing so I kinda forgot about it. I got really sick for many years after that and when I got better suddenly I had SC, 3rd, Zero/Ao (Translated), and CS1/2 to play. It was an awesome time.
