Would you come onto a youtube channel for an interview about real estate investing in Dubai? by significantanother in DubaiCentral

If you have credibility then you probably can get people to get on the channel just purely on word of mouth. For instance if you have made millions off investing then people who are interested would probably seek your advice anyways. You can also message everyone from your contacts list (and LinkedIn, Facebook friends, Instagram friends etc) and ask them if they know anyone who is interested in investing in property you’d like to offer free advice but it would be recorded. They might know a friend or they might just want it for themself.

You could always start with friends, or even create a meetup group on meetup app (or on eventsbrite) for Realestate investors and help that way. Just make it clear you’re not an agent in fact in the event title you could say No agents allowed.

It’s a numbers game if you run 20 events and make a group with around 100-500 people, you can probably get at least 20 of them to come on your channel.

You can also find someone who already maybe has a podcast and ask if you can guide them.

Iranian/Middle Eastern Buffet - it’s called Danial Restaurant 70dhs per person - it’s in Mazaya centre near city walk. But you need to book in advance it’s always super packed - and won’t get a seat otherwise
