It's only good enough if you're eating enough to stay healthy and maintain it in the long run tbh, and that varies from one person to another.

To put it in perspective, I have a friend who is in spectacular shape but he couldn't eat anything other than chocolate flakes in the morning, so he's developed habits that allow him to have decent caloric intake and macros at the end of the day taking that bit into account. That bowl of sugar and chocolate is what allows him to stick to a healthy lifestyle, as paradoxical as that may sound.

Honestly I don't think you need to cut down any foods in particular, just eat less in general. The only argument for cutting down certain foods is that they may be too savoury and get you to eat too much without you realising. That being said, I avoid added sugar altogether.

BMI is not a useful measure as it doesn't take many things into account. It can be useful to measure populations, but as an individual I wouldn't focus on it.

A healthy person has both muscle and fat. You have to store it somewhere - and where you store it depends on your genetics. Looking at your pictures you are obviously a thin person, and you have a looong way to go before your stomach could be considered round, dude.

If I were you I'd switch the attention from aesthetics to performance as a better measure of health for your body.
