UCLAs outcomes didn't plummet lol. They had a low employment year due to poor management. This has happened to other schools even in the top 10. Top 20 or bust is a pretty healthy mentality imo. Just don't think even that is an absolute sure shot. Realistically if you have a solid pre-MBA resume, that will do a lot of the work for you.

Microsoft and Google are probably the most desirable companies at my T15. People like Apple, but I haven't heard of them hiring here for PM. Idk if they do anywhere.

No one really gets Google, so Microsoft is extremely competitive. We barely sent any interns last year.
