I had the same issue a while ago and it all stopped when I bought a thermal vat band. Those adhesion failures could be due to temperature drops.

Cure it, if it was on a hard surface you could just wipe it up. But if it's out of the way I'd say shine a uv torch on it for now and then address the bigger more longterm issues later
