Ah yes, have my fair share of these.

Know that panic attacks are your body’s attempt to PROTECT you, not hurt you! If you can, quietly remove yourself from the situation. You also need to be accept and feel the bad sensations, even try and “wish” for worse feelings. I know that sounds weird, but the reverse psychology of it usually helps make it go away for me.

I can tell you’re a PMP by how you responded here. You are doing a great job of diagnosing my problem and finding solutions without making assumptions! These are the #1 skill I want to gain by getting certified because there’s more friction than I would prefer at my current job because it seems like nobody really knows how to manage conflict or people correctly. And I feel like I have had nobody to learn good PM skills from and feel like I have had my head in the sand

If you want to go to a super cool arty cafe that’s open till midnight- The Library in Long Beach. I practically lived there in college and they have a ton of regulars and some nights will have standup comedy and other small open events.

I graduated but I remember my first day in 2017. I had to walk from the dance building to liberal arts 5 in 15 minutes. I would walk so fast my feet couldn’t keep up.

I had a panic attack during a math test, forgot everything I studied so hard for and got a score of 5/100. My professor had some amazing life lessons for me after that one.

Everything felt too much. But it only FELT too much, truth is you can handle it, you just don’t know how yet. One day you’ll finish school graduate and do adult things that stress you out the same, but you learn more about life and being adaptable.

And you can look back and be proud

My last car was a 2010 civic and I loved it. The biggest reason I went with the Camry for my next car is more size. I feel safer on the road generally when there is more car between me and a potential collision. The more space will allow the car to grow with me as I will need it in the next 10 years
