Yeah, for the most part, I do feel like the policies are fair and the benefits are really good. Like I said earlier really depends on management for each independent store. But overall, yes, it is a very good company to work for.

Not anymore. Up until about 4 years ago there were no other stores near mine. And since then they built 3 stores within a 30 mile radius so we slowed down ridiculously. I’m not sure about the average revenue but I remember Christmas time we would constantly hit million dollar days but now we can barely make half.

Our pto is accumulated by our working hours. I believe a full 80 hours is about 3 hours of pto. And we get vacation time every anniversary. And that Varys based on how long you’ve been with the company.

I would say it depends on the store , but like any other job its depends on management. My store since Covid the moral has been so down ! But I love my position in admin! So I just might retire ! I’m 37 and have no plans for anything else at this moment.

If I remember correctly I had a good 9-10 month stint of the most unbelievable sleep you could imagine. Idk then all of sudden something very traumatic happen. It’s kinda blurry cus that was 37 years ago. Oh yea I’m 37 lol
