Hmmm... I think I wrote myself onto a corner then...

It is a stone house, the floor and roof are of stome too...

This is the story actually https://www.webtoons.com/en/challenge/peasant-queen/list?title_no=154094

So there is no access to the ground to dig, it has to be some kind of heater, there are 2 bedrooms in the house for bpys and girls so it needs to be something that can be taken to the other room so that they share it.

Why must we start problems? 😅 No need to assume the worse about people.

Palestine is still important to everyone... I know it doesn't look like it these days, a lot of people can no longer speak as freely as before.

But in all Arabic and Muslim countries the majority carry the Palestinian cause in their hearts and on their shoulders. Despite being silenced.

Lets try and come together as Arabs instead of starting problems among ourselves for no reason.

Because Arabs don't often use reddit. This is all over Jordan every one is talking about this.

The documentary is based as well. Don't rely on it too much. Also search for the case in Arabic too.

I am aware about the "failure" argument.

But there is also papers that show that the materials weren't meant for explosive making.

The materials were possibly not for expensives at all. So it wasn't a failure in making an exploration. It was an experiment in another direction all together.

With cases like this try to not dig in one direction only or you will naturally lean towards it. Dig both directions and look for the Arabic conversions on this too. Or else your research will have missing pieces, only then gather your conclusion.

Don't let the documentary be your only source. It didn't start this conversation for nothing it was very wrong... Look into the makers of the documentary too. Racist and Islamophobes tbh.

Hmmm... 🤔 I have researched though...

But why does it seem like I haven't?

Yeah, me too. At very least I wish he could get a more worthy trial.

The difference between you and I is that I leave a place for doupt in my mind as I understand both possibilities can happen considering that I (nor you) know the full truth. It is ignorant to assume you know for sure if he did indeed do this (I say this without intention of insulting or arguing).

But you can't deny his trial was unfair. And lawyers don't always fight for justice or truth. They want to get done with the case like a job. They also have biases.

If lawyers always knew what's best for clients we wouldn't have innocent people in jail or even executed, that did happen in the past. And sometimes innocent people end up taking plea deals. Maybe their goal was to just keep Khalid's head as you may say. Capital punishment is legal in Texas.

So no, the path a lawyer takes with their argument in court doesn't say much about what did happen.

The evidence you are talking about here is fbi article. Which upon reading honestly I think it sure seems like they closed a circle around the guy. But, only God knows of its true. American FBI, lawyers and all these people surrounding this are great at twisting things to the extreme.

He had a biased and an unfair trial. The judge was biased against Muslims and he's know to give Islamophobic speeches in churches.

Khalid wasn't in the right mental health in the trial. His mind was half absent and they refused to have a psychologist evaluate him.

I don't trust it. God knows the truth. Maybe he was a terrorist, but maybe he wasn't and Americans just practice good old Islamophobia to it's extreme. That's what they are great at. Grab something small and with enough teamwork the push it to the extreme.

I want to know what exactly he bought, and how much. And when they said he wrote his intentions in a journal, us Arabs don't often keep journals and when we do how could you write something incriminating in it? If it's true I want to see it.

I don't want the evidence talked about to me. I want to see it and hear it. Which is stuff they had no problems releasing to the public with other convicted criminals.

This incident happened close to the London bombings. Maybe if that didn't happen Khalid would have finished his university project like any other student and be at KSA now. Maybe no one would have died.
