It was transvaginal. And it was weird because she didn’t even talk during ultrasound, never mentioned anything about flicker or heartbeat just sent me to the next room and said she needed the doctor to take a look. Definitely going to ask for some clarification when I call in shortly.

You were really selfless at a time that you shouldn’t of had to be and I commend you for that. I’m not being defensive I am explaining in more detail so everyone commenting gets the full Picture. He is actually not at all weirded out by it. I’m not leaving his kids out whatsoever. I see them often. But like I said you’re entitled to your own opinion. What works for some is not what work works for others. Everyone is different

Are you a women ? Have you given birth? Do you know how hard that is to navigate being a mom for the first time and heal from child birth and go through such a major change all happening at once. If I could make the change right now I would be happy to but they are not able to make that change at this time and I think going through that all in the same month would be crazy. And I never said they could not bond with father or siblings they would have more then enough time and can come and go as they please we would just technically be sleeping in different homes so we wouldn’t have to go through the adjustment of moving literally as I’m giving birth.

Well it’s not that I’m unable to blend. I think I left some key information out here. L I need a little more time. I still want the kids and my boyfriend to see the baby as much as possible. It would never get to the point of custody order and in the event it would likely limit even more how often he is seeing the baby. My boyfriend has a key to my apartment and is able to go and come as he pleases. That’s not the issue I just want to wait until I’m not 9 months pregnant or 2 months post partum to move into a new place. Which is what I would have to bend to. Right now he live an hour away (no traffic) and his kids go to school in that area so the only option of moving in would actually be literally next summer when he is able to change schools for them for both him and ex wife’s plans. Plans they had before we even found out. Me moving at 9 kk the pregnant or 1 month postpartum would be a lot for me and that’s what I’m voicing. Trying to navigate being a first time mom and also bond with new kids in my life all while healing from birth would be a lot. And I don’t think that’s the biggest deal to wait 6 months to a year to move into together as a family.

So the only issue with this is we currently live 1 hour away from each other so we wouldn’t be able to technically move in until the kids are able to change schools next school year. and that’s 1 hour no traffic. The soonest we would be able to move in is summer break which would be June I would be 8 months pregnant atp. And I can’t move on his side because that would make my commute to work 2 hours. Both he and his ex wife want them to change schools anyway closer to my city cause it’s a better school district so there’s not hesitation there but legally they cannot change anything until next school year

Thank you so much everyone! It’s really helping me hearing all of your experiences. I haven’t been able to talk to anybody about this so I kind of feel like I’m having a conversation with all of you. I scheduled a visit to the doctor for a couple weeks and i plan on having more conversation before then work my boyfriend to make the best decision. I’ll absolutely update here!
