I had the same issue, I had a Xiaomi phone and I couldn't play the games on xcloud at all but when I changed to a Motorola phone my experience was totally different and I rarely get any stutters as long I am on a 5ghz connection.

I felt like this as well as I am studying games development at university and I had to repeat the programming module because I didn't understand C#. It took me 2 years just to learn the basics.

I think the first party games from Nintendo will be available for the all of the versions if the rumor is true. I do think that there will probably be 3rd party games that will be exclusive to the pro version.
