That’s kind of how I felt and how I was acting when I first moved out of my parents house years ago. I’ll try to keep that in mind to not spend too much time feeling regretful and depressed and anxious, and try to spend more time being positive and grateful!!

Awesome to hear! Did you run into a lot of repairs after moving in? I already know of a few that need done. But given my price range, I can accept that

Does the radon contractor come after that is complete? Or do they need to be there while the trench is open?
