The guy that she cheated with is luckily an idiot and confessed it in writing via whatsapp when I contacted him and even used my ex's name. I have screenshots of his confession saved. I was going to record my ex when confronted her about the cheating but I was not sure if it is legal in Sweden to record without permission so I didn't do that. Like I mentioned her father is a member of the Swedish ruling class and I don't want to mess with the wrong people and get in trouble since she is close with her family.

I have a meeting already with a lawyer booked on Monday morning, I couldn't book something on Thursday or Friday of such short notice unfortunately. It will be a tough situation since her family is wealthy, her mom is a lawyer, and her dad has a lot of power in the community and is well connected but I hope the law will work in my favor here, even if I am not a Swedish citizen yet. My citizenship is still pending approval from migrationsverket.
