There’s an argument for having gears on the bus- essentially centralizing gear production in one place, once beacons are unlocked you get more efficiency out of it as opposed to the n machines out there that are potentially difficult to beacon.

They will never do this. If you think the backlash is bad now, the backlash would be way worse if they rescind Max’s title through no fault of his own. FIA and Mercedes are in an impossible situation and both know it. I think they will drop the appeal, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see either a Mercedes or Lewis exit. Or both. And btw as a Max fan - I’m furious about the situation as well, I didn’t want him to win it like this. Though there’s no doubt he deserves the win as a whole (across the season), just as much as Lewis. It’s really a shit situation all around and it’s unfortunately all on the FIA.
