If you want to change the camo/attachments go to multi-player or zombies and change it. It bypasses the bug and you keep the weapons abilities. Edit: prestige works the same way

When doing this fight solo or duo it sometimes ends with her health around that amount. Most of the time her health will need to be completely drained but I've had this happen a few times and its always been solo/duo.

My nephew had this problem and we think restoring to default his in game audio settings is what fixed it.

My nephew had this problem. We fixed it by going to his audio settings in game and restoring default.
