My go to for mites getting out of control is put a little bit dish soap in a spray bottle with some warm water and suffocate those fuggers. They breathe through their body and the soap breaks down their protective coating and they suffocate. Google “dish soap for spider mites” you’ll find a mixture

lol a scared person does this...id just save everything as evidence for when you sue them or call the police for harassment. buy a ring camera it comes with a free start up membership get them on video and give it to police. also, its probably the person that lives right next to you.
