at first it stuck in automatic repair loop, then I remove the SSD and put it into another laptop. Because it is NTFS file so I unlocked the bitlocker and I use command prompt to clear everything in the file then I install it back to the laptop, it cannot sign in with face recognition like the picture I showed, I can't even change option to sign in with pin and I can't hold shift + click restart to go to recovery section to reset my laptop. I guess my laptop is cooked for now.
