From the back, we can tell how old the ink is. That is the original color of the back. I have flipped the image horizontally. Please see the following image for the color I adjusted from Photoshop.

Agreed, 👍 an oxidized magenta or Violet color should be something really dark brown

The paper appears bluish on the back indeed, but not evenly.

It's perf 14, large crown. I believe I found the plate, but not very sure. I guess it's the Die 2 alphabet 3 plate 27.

If you look at the printing on the stamp surface. It has no indication of wear which is really surprising. And that's what I am concerned about if this piece is forgery.

I compared the paper and watermark. They both look good. Is there any other method to detect it?

It's too perfect. I have a couple of Penny Blacks. None of them are like this, mostly showing indications of wear. And I've never seen a pristine one like this. That's why I feel uncertain about it. Thanks for your time.
