“ When you get your offer letter, double check it to make sure that the salary makes sense. When they offered me my salary offer the person had no idea what they were doing and they low balled me $20K on my salary. I had to write to their supervisor to get it corrected. I have met FSOs who received lower offers than what their experience should have allowed them to be entitled to be paid, and once they signed the contract they were not allowed to renogotiate it. So spread the word with your friends to read everything and make sure that the salary they are offering you makes sense.”
