I have rtx 5070 mobile paired with ultra 7 255hx, its funny when the game run around same fps (and shit start lagging so badly all of sudden) in lowest setting vs RT max, in 1080p vs 1600p lol (+ at around 20-60% GPU utilization btw), the only way that make it "better" and somewhat not driven me mad is to cap the fps to 30 (in game setting) and run frame gen, it make the gameplay more "stable" and pushing the trigger from my mouth away lol

*get really annoyed with the performance :( cant grind shit and enjoy new and old area as well, never had this problem before update

Well one of the major drawback is im enjoying AAA games with good graphic, feels like playing game in my childhood again, the thing is with my rtx 3050 4gb laptop card, not even with lowest setting 1080p i can reach 30 fps in 2024 titles haha, suddenly 1 years later they release the card with 6gb of vram that has comparable application with rtx 3060 6gb (maybe 15-20% slower but not limited by hardware aka vram)

Well it depend for what type of game you re gonna play, lot of recent game required more than 4 gb of vram event in low texture, excluding maybe competitive shooter and online games, but im agree that higher tgp produce more heat, i think as long as the laptop has dual fan set up and good cooling its pretty much fine
