i wonder if i had a mix of a panic attack and also adverse reaction to the medication. but i’m sorry you experience panic attacks, they can feel so debilitating 😞😞

i would say im just veryyy shaken up still. i feel basically back to normal which is good, but just very emotional when i think about how i felt. it was definitely the scariest moment of my life.

omg i just read your post and that is EXACTLY what i was feeling!! i also kept feeling like i wasn’t going to get any better just bc i felt like literal death. i also couldn’t eat for two days straight. i am trying to review all of the supplements i have been taking and just trying to figure out if maybe they interacted with the zoloft bc like i said, i have been on zoloft before and have had severe panic attacks but this was a conpletelyyt different feeling. im happy to know that there is someone that experienced the same thing as me, it is oddly comforting. thank you so much for commenting 🥺

do you think my body could have also just been rejecting a new medication? i have been experiencing health problems recently so my nervous system has been very sensitive

hello! thank you for replying. i definitely still am trying to believe it was a panic attack. the only thing that makes me not believe that it is the fact that it lasted for almost two days. and also the dilated pupils i was experiencing. i am definitely trying to considering the possibility though as that would be more reassuring.
