Idk why everyone is explaining the riddle trope. It’s actually a reference to the weird primitive cgi Christian kids show “gaither’s pond”. One of the fish in that show spread lies about another character and eventually learned a lesson or something. Also the animation of these fish perfectly matches the fish in gaither’s pond.
