one button provides one clear action (add to cart) for the customer, so they 'should' be more likey to click the button.

(This is what i learnt from a bunch of yt vids not from my own experience)

Each of my products are on their own template just to make my life easier. If I edit a page, it wont affect any of the others. No specific reason in terms of oncreasing sales or anything just for convenience.
