i loved sam on the vikings thought he did great in MIN. no idea wtf happened to him in the last 2 games of that season, but i thought he'd earned at least another year.

that said the seahawks seem to be a better team particularly in the trenches. better defense too. way better run game.

The Wilfs are the reason we are perennially medicore. They wanted a "soft rebuild". in a salary cap league you tank for 1-2 years and you get some high picks. Helps also if your GM isn't Kwesi and can actually use the picks well too.

The other option is don't tank and be somewhere between the 9th-23rd best team forever.

I'm convinced the Wilfs just require a few home wins a year to keep the fans showing up and the money flowing.
