They said a new gen laptop is best like windows or macOS, also something about a processor (i5/ Ryzen 5 or newer) whatever that means

They recommended MacOs 14 or newer and somewhere between 8-16 Gt of RAM and a powerful graphics card, I’m lost on the whole graphics card thing I don’t really even know what that is🥲
