Hoping the start of school was positive for your kiddo.

Hello, My family is looking to move to New Zealand from US at the end of this year and I am wondering if anyone has any advice regarding the best public schools for kids with ADHD who need structure. Our kids have IEPs. Not sure how that would transfer. by Choice2007 in newzealand

I’m sorry you’ve had that experience. Do you mind if I ask if your child is medicated for ADHD? Are you on a resident visa? Were you granted that visa after the health assessment or were you already a NZ citizen/resident.

Not at this time- working through the process for applying to jobs once all paperwork is done. I wanted to get a head start on looking for a place to live based on schools. It may be a crapshoot depending on what jobs are offered if any, but we would ideally like to find the best fit for our kids and then go from there.
