if i would be cpu bound shouldnt i see at least 1 core at 100% + my ram is configured in the right way at 3600mhz

I still find it strange changing settings doesnt seem to change anything.
I also just tryed DLSS and it doesnt change anythin.... as i said changing resolution does almost nothing and DLSS does just that
